How To Open A Threadbeast Account?

- Step 1: Take the style quiz. The stylist uses this information to ensure the size and style is just right when picking out the package. The more information provided, the better!
- Step 2: Select a plan that works for you.
- After signing up, it can take up to 2 hours to create an account login. To login to the account, head to my.threadbeast.com/#/newmember. Enter the email signed up with within the email field. Click "New Member Setup Password". A new member email will be sent to the email address. Click on the link within the email received and enter the desired password for the ThreadBeast account. Once the new password is created and clicked "Set New Password", it will automatically take to the account page home screen. Here, view and update the style profile, address information, payment information and even see tracking information to track the package while it's in transit. Please note: Any update to the style profile or address may not take place until after the next payment. For immediate assistance on address updates or style profile updates, please email assistant@threadbeast.com.
Threadbeast Return Policy?
At ThreadBeast, the return policy is as follows:
- Returns are not accepted to keep prices low for members.
- If you have 2+ items that didn't work out in one package, a complimentary exchange is offered once every 6 packages.
- Otherwise, a $20 processing fee is included to initiate the exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must reach out within 30 days from the date you receive your items.
- Contact at assistant@threadbeast.com to start the exchange process.
- Do not ship packages back without having contacted first, as shipping charges cannot be refunded.
